Information about Court Services, Riley County District Court

The 21st Judicial District Court Services is responsible for the supervision of both juvenile and adult offenders in Riley and Clay Counties.

In addition to probation supervision, Court Services Officers are tasked with providing a host of additional services at the Courts directive to include pre-dispositional and pre-sentence reports, Child in Need of Care supervision, home studies and domestic investigations, bond supervision administration of community service, work release, house arrest, as well as serving as the Court's primary referral source to community service providers in the areas of substance abuse and mental health treatment.

The District is served by one Chief Court Services Officer, five line officers and a secretary.  The Chief Court Services Officer along with four line officers and the secretary, are stationed at the Riley County District Court.  An additional officer is stationed in Clay County.
