The Riley County Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting criminal and traffic offenses which occur within Riley County.

Juvenile Division

The Juvenile Division of the Riley County Attorney's office addresses the needs of young offenders.  The Attorney’s Office also handles Child In Need of Care cases.
