Access Kansas

Current year taxes may be paid by E-Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express through the Access Kansas website.  This service is available November 1st through December 20th and then again January 1st through May 10th.  There is a transaction fee of $1.00 per transaction if taxes are being paid by E-Check.  There is a convenience fee starting at $3.00 up to $2,499 if a credit card is used.  The fee is based on the amount being charged.

Official Payments

Taxes may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express through the Official Payments website.  If the taxes are delinquent please contact the treasurer's office for an exact payoff amount.  There is a convenience fee starting at $3.00  up to $2,499 to use this service.  The fee is based on the amount being charged.

Taxpayers can look up current year and prior year real estate tax information by using the Online Property Tax Search provided by the Treasurer's office.  Taxes may be looked up by using the following information:

• Owner Name
• Address
• Taxing Unit and Parcel ID
  •     Taxing Unit must be 3 numbers 
  •     Parcel ID must by 10 numbers

There is a two day lag in the posting of payments.  Please call the Treasurer's office if you have questions as to whether a tax is paid.

The website does not provide interest and penalties on delinquent taxes.  Please call the Treasurer's office to obtain payoff information.
