The Riley County Health Department Public Health Clinic offers a wide range of laboratory services and testing in a CLIA-approved laboratory. STI testing is available as a walk-in service or by appointment if you prefer. Call 785-776-4779 x 7600 to schedule an appointment.
Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing
Select STI testing is available at RCHD. These tests include:
HIV testing, via blood draw
Chlamydia testing, via urine or swab
Gonorrhea testing, via urine or swab
Syphilis testing, via blood draw
Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Testing
As a part of RCHD's efforts to protect Riley County from tuberculosis (TB) and to prevent the spread of tuberculosis, TB skin testing is available at the health clinic as a walk-in service or by appointment. TB skin tests cost $15, and payment is due at the time of service.

Riley County Health Department is not a free clinic. Patients without insurance are charged on a sliding scale, based on income. Please bring proof of income (pay stubs, etc) for one month and be prepared to pay for services when you visit.
With Health Insurance
Insurance companies are charged the full fee for services. After insurance pays, the remaining balance could be discounted depending on your policy and income. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay when you visit.
