CiCo
CiCo Park is a 97-acre park located in the western part of Manhattan, Kansas. It was founded under a cooperative agreement between Riley County, the City of Manhattan, and the Unified School District #383. Each of these entities is responsible for maintaining a different portion of the park.
Riley County Parks maintains all county facilities, Pottorf Hall meeting facility, fairgrounds, rodeo arena, trails, parking lot areas, playgrounds, and open spaces. The City of Manhattan maintains the baseball complex, tennis courts, and swimming pool. U.S.D. 383 maintains Bishop Stadium.
