Conditional Uses

A conditional use is a use that, because of special requirements or characteristics, may be allowed in a particular zoning district, following a review by the Riley County Board of Zoning Appeals.

In the process of approving a conditional use, the Board may impose such conditions as are necessary to make the use compatible with other uses permitted in the same zone or in the surrounding area.
