Zoning Regulations
The Riley County Land Development Regulations provide three (3) distinct Single Family Residential zones.
"SF-1" requires a minimum of 2 acres and allows for the keeping of livestock.
"SF-2" requires a minimum lot area of 10,000 square feet while "SF-3" requires 6,500 square feet unless otherwise required by the Riley County Sanitary Code. Neither of these zones permit the keeping of livestock.
