We are proud to introduce Joetta Glessner, who has worked in the Riley County Appraiser’s office for a total of 17 years. Joetta currently serves as an Appraiser III and is responsible for training new staff, reviewing sales, data collecting new construction, setting values, and conducting appeals. In addition to her faithful service to the people of Riley County, Joetta also took on the challenge of completing the coursework, testing requirements, and satisfying the hours in service requirements to earn the Registered Mass Appraiser designation. Joetta was awarded her RMA on January 19, 2023 and is now officially listed on the Kansas County Appraiser Eligibility list.
The Riley County Appraiser’s office is committed to excellence in our service to the community, and we are proud to celebrate Joetta’s accomplishments. In recognition of Joetta’s hard work and the high level of credibility and professionalism she has demonstrated in her career, Riley County Appraiser Anna Burson presented her with a certificate of appreciation on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners and all the employees at Riley County.
Congratulations Joetta and thank you for your hard work!
