Today, May 11, 2023 marks the end of the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) declaration. It's been a long road. Most tools to fight COVID, like vaccines, treatments, and testing, will remain available to the public.  Walk-ins are welcome for vaccines at the Riley County Health Department, located at 2030 Tecumseh Rd., and you can use our online portal to schedule a COVID test.

A second bivalent vaccine booster dose is now available for people who are moderately to severely immunocompromised. Call us at 785-776-4779 ext. 7675 if you have questions.
