[ARCHIVED] Days to Conduct Motor Vehicle & Driver's License Transactions Will Be Limited

The days to conduct motor vehicle and driver's license transactions in the County Treasurer's Office will be limited in April and May during the state-wide DMV System implementation.

Timeline for Motor Vehicle Conversion

Thursday, April 26

  • Last day to do Web-Tag renewals
  • Last day to mail renewals to office

    • Friday, April 27

  • Last day mailed in transactions and Web-Tags will be done in current system

    • Monday, April 30

  • Last day to process motor vehicle transactions in current system – walk-in customers

    • Tuesday, May 1 – 7

  • Office closed for all motor vehicle and drivers license functions
  • Open for tax payments

    • Monday, May 7

  • First day of controlled production – process mailed in renewals

    • Tuesday, May 8

  • Second day of controlled production (assuming 1st day was successful)
  • Possibly processing vehicle transactions for walk-in customers
  • Process driver’s license renewals and ID cards
