[ARCHIVED] Riley County's Phone System Migrating to Voice over IP

Riley County is implementing a Voice over IP phone system and the porting of our telephone numbers to the new system will begin at 4:00 p.m. cst on October 13, 2011. You may experience some disruptions in service during this time. County Offices that will be most affected are the Riley County Historical Museum, Riley County Noxious Weed & Household Hazardous Waste, and the Riley County Public Works Operations and Maintenance facilities.

By 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 14, 2011, all county offices should be accessible except the Riley County Historical Museum which will be brought online during the day on Friday.

Riley County appreciates your patience during this transition.
