[ARCHIVED] Transfer Station Rate Increases

Effective August 1, 2012, new rates will be implemented at the Riley County Solid Waste Facility. The new rates for Municipal Solid Waste, Commercial Brush, and Compost are listed below.

• Municipal Solid Waste : $48.00/ton with $12.00 minimum
• Commercial Brush: $10.00/ ton with $5.00 minimum
• The price for Compost: $20.00/ton with $10.00 minimum

All other disposal rates will remain the same. Please direct all questions pertaining to these increases to Gary Rosewicz, Assistant County Engineer at 785-537-6330.
