The Cold In-Place Asphalt Recycling project on Welsh Road is scheduled to begin Monday, August 28, 2017. This project is located on Welsh Road from the Clay County Line and east to Highway K-82. Traffic will be reduced to one lane during construction. Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
The project has been allotted five working days and is expected to be completed on Friday, September 1, 2017. Adverse weather conditions may cause unexpected delays.
